Site Engineer/Site Supervisor (Scope Kerja Site construction bahagian ICT).
Site Location: Hospital Kapar Selangor (JKR Project).
Job Responsibilities
To assist the project team of engineer/project manager/consultant/safety supervisor in the implementation, monitoring and control of progress of the project works, and to ensure works carried out according to all technical/safety requirements
Monitor and supervise the performance of workers and activities on-site to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks
Conduct regular site inspections with consultant and main contractor to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulation
Accurate site documentations, including daily progress reports, inspection records, and safety compliance document
Ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings, and project timelines
Ordering, inspecting, and managing materials and equipment to ensure timely availability on site
Collaborate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
Site planning and coordination - developing installation plans, scheduling activities, and coordinating with other trades on site to ensure smooth project execution
Enforcing safety protocols on site, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with relevant safety regulations.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Engineering or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Site Engineer/Site Supervisor in the construction industry with ICT knowledge is an added advantage (encouraged for fresh graduates)
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans
Required Skill (s): Ms Office, Auto Cad
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Prefer candidate live area Klang/Shah Alam/Selangor
Possess Own Transportation
