Job Description
* Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
* Prepare and manage site reports, daily logs, and documentation.
* Maintain an organized filing system for site documentation, including plans, permits, and inspection records.
* Ensure timely submission of documents to relevant stakeholders.
* Act as a liaison between the site team, contractors, and office personnel.
* Communicate updates, requests, and site requirements promptly.
* Assist with scheduling and coordination of site activities.
* Assist in Admin & HR matters
* Perform the tasks assigned by the superior.
